Ordered the TotalCool Extreme40 for my recent camping trip. Had an issue with the freezing function on the original model. However TotalCool were prompt with my initial communication and with no quibble promptly replaced the item under warranty and gave great customer service throughout. Replacement unit works a dream. Highly recommended this company and extremely pleased with the product.

I purchased a Totalcool Air Cooler & Total Power 260 at Windsor Championship Dog Show. The product itself runs well & I have used it 3 or 4 times for a few hours since I purchased the TC before the TP260 required recharging. The TP260 does not come with a charger cable I was not told this at time of sale! I had to contact the warranty department to find out a standard charger cable (for a moble) was not strong enough as it would take over 12 hrs plus & I would have to purchase a more powerful charger cable & plug from Amazon... read more
Purchased 35 ltr fridge Freezer cool box 2 years 22 days ago for use when using a Motorhome. Whilst away on holiday some 22 days out of warranty, noticed that the lid had bowed thus letting in air causing freezing and fridge operation problems. Contacted Total Cool new lid available but would not replace FOC as good will 22 days out of warranty. It’s clear that the bend did not just occur but was not noticed.
