It was my first time at this clinic. I’m unsure why some of the reviews are negative because my experience was very different. I went for a Covid Booster shot last week. The reception was cheery and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait a long time at all. The doctor was very professional, answered any questions I asked thoroughly. This clinic is very efficient and highly recommended.
Do not go to this doctor extremely rude and very unprofessional. Couldn’t be bothered doing anything and didn’t even listen to my concerns was more concerned about his noodles getting cold
The doctor did not physically examine me at any point before prescribing me with medication. He refused to answer any of my questions or concerns about the medication he was prescribing me. Not to mention he is incredibly rude, gaslights you and is in need of a serious ego check. There is also a clinic in Cabramatta run by Dr Huy An which has terrible reviews of people sharing similar experiences to me - I should’ve checked this before coming to see him. Came in for just the vaccine booster and he might be my new GP. Close to home and very quick and efficient service. No waiting area though during lockdown so be wary of that.
