In 2017, I was pregnant and this clinic was my medical provider, the office team was very rude and disrespectful to me, they seem to hate their job. The medical assistant were very unprofessional and bitter. I had to always be making questions or they would not give me information on my pregnancy health. Unhelpful & unprofessional. Makes unprofessional remarks and blames clients for his own wait times. After receiving poor service, I also learned he had a malpractice case in 2015. Made an appointment immediately after receiving referral following an ultra sound. The time for a new patient appointment was nearly a month.
