New to the area and needed to go to a freestanding ER for a broken foot. Went to TotalCare ER and could not speak more highly to my experience. As someone who works in healthcare, I can confidently say they provide some of the most care! Was so pleased with my experience, they were quick, kind, and so helpful! Will definitely be recommending!! Dr. Chein, Mariela, RN, Rich, RT and front desk Chelsea were amazing!!

When I say world class service, world class care, I am not exaggerating! Checking in was easy and quick, thorough instructions were given, I was called back and escorted to an examination room, wonderful care continued by the RN , radiology, and more wonderful care by Dr Tae-Young Nam, MD. Im so thankful for the wonderful, personable, and professional care I received. Truly amazing group of Professionals. Thank you 😊
