Our experience at Total Care ER went so smooth from the second we stepped in the door. We’d been having my grand daughter’s 3rd birthday party and she started having a seizure. We ran her across the street and the front desk girl (i didn’t get her name) got the door opened for us and we were met at the door by Michael and Larry who got us in the room and they handled everything so calmly. Worst Doctors experience of my life. The doctor gave a 23 second exam and told us I had an Ulcer on my left eye. Was very rude and did not care if I was in pain or not. We left went to Medical City. They were amazing and helped us with our problem.
The staff in the picture was OUTSTANDING! I highly recommend going to this emergency care facility for treatment of any kind. Thank you to all the staff. God Bless.
