The front desk person left me wondering if I had come to the right place for care, for my workman's comp injury. Because it had just happened on a Sunday night, my company couldn't report it into our workman's comp insurance company, so I didn't have a claim number, so this person was almost completely intent on making this a self-pay, and made me sign all kinds of paperwork regarding all this. The nurse was nice enough, and professional. The doctor came in, looked at my wound, and told me I was going to get 3 or 4 stitches.... read more
Very knowledgable staff, very fast, and kind. They actually care about the patient and go above and beyond. This is from someone in and out of the hospitals around 75-100 times in two years all over Texas. Dr Nguyen, nurse BC, and nurse Delaney were excellent .
BC was very caring and very funny he made a bad situation a good experience
