WORST EXPERIENCE — DO NOT RECOMMEND Absolutely appalling customer service from start to finish. Abby was my first point of contact, and unfortunately, the experience went downhill immediately. She couldn’t follow basic instructions, entered my appointment incorrectly and then seemed unable to provide a straightforward explanation of the invoice or the charges I was being asked to pay. I cannot recommend Dr. Ish highly enough. She is warm and personable, instantly making you feel comfortable and at ease, especially if you’ve been dreading a visit to the dentist, as I was! What stood out to me was how clearly she explained everything. She took the time to ensure I understood what needed to be done, why it was necessary, and provided a comprehensive plan and timeline for getting my teeth back in shape. I called to enquire about in chair teeth whitening, Abbey was wonderful talking me through the process, what to expect and accommodated my schedule. I have just finished my appointment which included a full check up and clean before the whitening and both Dr Ish and Zoey were amazing, efficient, informative and super friendly. Best experience I’ve ever had a a dentist and my teeth look perfect! Thanks girls x

I recently went to Total Care for an emergency following a fall that resulted in three broken teeth and other damage. I was very impressed by the service I received from Dr Ish Goonewardene. I was able to get an appointment very rapidly. At our first appointment, she already fixed one tooth and booked me in for a second appointment the following morning to fix the other two.
