I recently visited Total Care on Hulen to be seen for a cold and couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. I was seen in a timely manner, the location was clean and organized, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and clear on the recovery process and next steps. I had the best experience for my Physical. I felt very heard and taken care of. Mistie roomed me and made me less nervous. Im scared of needles but they were patient with me and were very professional. Kelley was the provider and she did more than what was asked after paying attention to my Family Medical History. Definitely a great place for a primary care.
