The staff's attention and collaboration are excellent, Diego Saavedra served as my interpreter from Spanish to English and his assistance in better understanding the institution's medical was excellent.
Looking at the 5* reviews on this page seems very contradictory to my visit today. I waited a very long time for this appointment, so was surprised that I did not receive any instructions via email or other form, so I called at three different times to ask if I should have instructions i.e. clothing to bring, fasting or any other information, and each time I was told I did not need anything, So on the journey from Okotoks, I ate a very small snack, and when I was asked if I’d fasted I was amazed! I was scheduled for a number of tests today at Total Cardiology and found the experience excellent. I arrived early, was immediately checked in, ID data was confirmed, procedures explained, directions pointed out then I was escorted to the first procedure waiting room. *note be sure to follow all advance communication instructions to have this easy experience* My first set of procedures were promptly administered and then I walked around the corner as directed to the next waiting area and again was picked up for prep ahead o... read more
Dr. Mason is great, she is my wife’s cardiologist, and she is amazing. Would want no other doctor.
