I can't say enough good about TotalCardiology- Sunridge. I've been there a few times before but today I was in for a more comprehensive test. For someone extremely fearful of needles I was made to feel comfortable and got an IV that I didn't even feel. Staff was all warm and welcoming and they explain every step of the way what you will be doing. Keep up the amazing work!
Recently, I was referred to the Sunridge Way location of Total Cardiology for some testing. I was greeted cheerfully with a friendly smile, and referred to one of the intake clerks, who took my information in an efficient manner and directed me to the next location where I had further screening/processing completed. I had a long day at this clinic. I must say that the back room staff was incredible and professional. Kudos to Jennifer and Kandra!
Staff was lovely, tests went well. BUT something is not working! My doctor had asked for a referral to earliest available cardiologist and they messed up. When I asked several weeks into testing, I found out they thought I'd been referred by the cardiologist I'd seen there years ago (who had moved). I'd never seen him, he might have monitored the previous stress test. This guy had no record of me. He was not mentioned on any requisitions. I'd waited 2 months at this point.
