I was really impressed with all of the staff I dealt with there, including Dr. Blankenstein, Victoria, and Kendra. Everyone was super professional and very kind.
I visited in April and was so impressed with every staff member. Eva, Mathew and all the nurses and staff were amazing. I thought it must be an amazing place to work as everyone was so cheerful and kind. I was there for several hours and it was a great experience. I visited again in May to repeat a small part of the test and had a very different experience. It's amazing how one person can really alter perceptions. Shannon was absolutely insufferable. Got my holter monitor but the person that placed ir literally scratched my skin off. Now it’s all red and painful and it’s probably going to turn into a scar. Quite upsetting
On the main floor of the building, this office has wide aisles, easy to navigate with mobility aides like walkers and wheel chairs. The staff is friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. This is an excellent and welcoming center.
