The space is so calm and inviting and the staff are very welcoming. Coming here, you really feel taken care of. Emily does such a good job and is not only skilled at massages but at explaining how the muscles are reacting and giving practical advice. I’ve been coming to total zen regularly and have noticed a significant decrease in my chronic pain.
Courtney was absolutely amazing! She did my daughter's first ever teen facial and Courtney was so open about her process as well as suggestions on steps my daughter can take to take care of her skin moving forward. The spa was super clean and comforting. We will be back
Started coming here for massages in the summer. I like to get deep tissue massages as my muscles get stiff every so often. My last massage therapist was unavailable so I decided to try Zen off of University. The building is small, but inside it’s well kept and cozy.
