I am able to get support with life changing and saving decisions that I couldnt get answered anywhere else. When it comes to the mind, body, spirit and soul.. Total You is the place to go. The staff is awesome and they make you feel like family. I had a lot on my mind which was affecting my health. Since I have been working out with Stefon, I was 10 lbs heavier. My health was in jeopardy. I recently had a follow up appointment with my doctor. Basically he said my numbers has decreased tremendously. He encourage me to continue to workout with total you. Few more things since i have been working out i can hit notes i haven't been able to hit when singing.
