Maybe a month ago I called this salon and asked if they would curl my hair. I live a few houses down and thought it would be super convenient to get my hair done by them whenever I needed it curled. I messaged them on fb and they read my message and didn't respond so I called them and the lady was super rude to me and told me they weren't accepting new clients and they were having trouble understanding that I just needed curls done. They acted as if they didn't even want to help me and rushed me off the phone.
