The worst ever in last 2 years been with them 7 years my orders are 2 weeks late rite now
Very Poor customer service to say the least. Nobody ever answers the phone just goes to voicemail. They send me tape to hold my bandages together it doesn't stick??
Order fulfillment is poor. Customer service is poor. Can't reach anyone. Our wound care supplies are ordered by our provider and insurance is billed directly. I suspect insurance fraud as we receive less than ordered and cheaper substitutions that we cannot use. Have tried multiple times unsuccessfully to reach a person or to at least be directed to someone's voice mail. Very frustrating.
Great place, know how to fix people up
At first I thought they were ok, but after that they sent the wrong supplies that my doctor ordered. I called and whoever I spoke with lied to me and told me that UPS would be delivering my new supply order the next day. Saw the guy and no supplies. I called and they told me that they had not been processed and were on hold till Medicare was billed and they would be delivered tomorrow(again). Well, we will see... They never returned my call after they told me to call at 4:00 for a tracking #.
