This is my second time dealing with this office and the office staff has no idea what they are doing! I’m high risk which doesn’t make it any better. Dr. Nelson has been fine but her staff is horrible. They have lost my urine and they called me to go back and do it again! They have forgotten to send out my prescription the list goes on. I have transferred my care both times to UCSD but it takes time and in the meantime I have to deal with them not knowing how to do their job! This clinic can do better. I had Dr. Nelson at first, and right away she seemed to be so judgmental. I believe a doctor should be there for her patient and be attentive UNDERSTANDING, and professional about her job. Unfortunately it wasn’t the case with this doctor. Before I could even ask her questions she was already walking out the door. Moreover, shouldn’t doctors ask their patients if they have any questions or comments before they walk out?? I have been very very patient with this clinic. This is my first pregnancy and this will be my last pregnancy with this clinic. I was not a fan of Dr Nelson, she gave me so much stress in the beginning of my pregnancy that I had to switch and it was probably the best decision on my life. But now I have Dr mercy and I'm okay with her she listens and she doesn't make me feel like I'm lying. But nonetheless the service here is ridiculous. A lot of entitled people. I am told to be calm and not to stress because of this pregnancy... read more
