I cannot recommend Dr. Jones enough. As someone who usually prefers virtual appointments because clinics can trigger my anxiety, finding a doctor who makes me feel comfortable is extremely important. From the very beginning, Dr. Jones made me feel completely at ease while discussing the issues I was having before my hysterectomy. DO NOT RECOMMEND, they are not diverse. Have no respect for people who take off work to drive all the way to the appointment to be told no doctor unacceptable and not once but twice. Need better staff.
Loved it! From making an appointment to the front office staff to the back office staff to Dr. Jones, my experience was amazing. Dr. Jones was super informative and easy to talk to. I really felt like she heard me and cared about what I was going through and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely be coming back
I’m so grateful to have Dr. Jones as my doctor she performed a fibroid removal surgery and everything went great. All fears were gone once the staff brought me in to pre-op I’m so grateful for the customer service I have received and all of the nurses. I’m grateful for Total Women’s Care. I’m finally feeling better since the procedure. I feel like Dr. Jones listen to my concerns. Give me options and not just give me one decision. The staff is always nice and I will keep coming here.
