Very disappointing experience. My appointment was rescheduled three different times, and when I was finally seen, I waited for hours despite arriving early. The visit itself lasted only a few minutes, and my concerns were dismissed without any real explanation or treatment plan. I scheduled an appointment because I wanted to talk to a menopause specialist. The website says they specialize in menopause care, and I wanted to discuss my options first. Instead, the nurse called me and immediately started asking if I wanted a specific treatment.
