I’ve been with Dr. Koren since I had a vagina. Once he retired, the quality of care and staff interactions declined IMMEDIATELY. I saw Dr. Wendelly for the first time during my fourth pregnancy. EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT she complained about how Medicaid did not pay enough. Put a pin in it. Background: I am a medical office manager so I empathize and understand that accepting certain insurances does produce less benefits for a provider. Please do not waste your time here I should’ve known that it was gonna be like this after on the phone. They made it such a hassle just to book my appointment. Trying to tell me I needed to have a referral to be seen then I show up from my first appointment. I was five minutes late. They turned me away as a patient then I finally made it to an appointment with them showed up 15 minutes early took me 30 minutes for the doctor to come in the room.
