La atención en todo el proceso fue excelente, con ambitos, calidad humana y profesionalismo. La atención de Carmen en la recepción, de Natasha en la asistencia a la Dra. Tiene manos de angel y la Dra. Vasquez, maravillosa, precisa en el aspecto profesional y súper amable. Gracias por la excelente atención, Dios las bendiga.
I would give them 0 stars if available. Extremely unprofessional. On 2 separate occasions the office cancelled my appointments either 10 minutes before or 20 minutes after the appointment was scheduled. Despite signed terms and it being 2 weeks before it’s scheduled they’re also refusing to refund me a 150$ deposit for a procedure that I have already cancelled. They’re so unorganized and unprofessional I would stay far far away
I reached out for an appointment. The woman I spoke with, (I regret not getting her name), was very rude. I chose not to go forward with setting an appointment because if she is allowed to work there as the person patients first interact with, the physicians can be no better. Super disappointed in that experience.
