I've had nothing but a great experience here with Dr. Fazeli, the nurse team, and staff! Dr. Fazeli has listened to concerns, explained everything in depth, and offered same day treatment for an issue that has already tremendously provided so much relief! I was really excited to try this practice. When I made the appointment I made it for 9 am and marked it in my calendar as they do not send email or text confirmation of appointments. The day before my appointment the office called to confirm and re-confirmed my 9am appointment. When I showed up at 8:45am the day of I was met at reception by being told my appointment was for 8:45am and was cancelled because I didn't show up 30 minutes before.
