I don't know why they closed, I miss going to this place, good equipment to work out, Sauna and Jacuzzi was the best. Hopefully they consider to please open again.
The worst place on earth , I’m talking about the Topanga mall location. I went there for a while, I wanted to cancel my membership so I called them.. the lady on the phone said that I don’t need to come and sign papers because this is the last payment for my membership of one year.. but you want to guess what happened? A year later I discovered that I’m still paying! I went there and talked to the manager and she said that she is sorry but she can do nothing! It took me MONTHS to get them to stop charging me after I cancelled my membership. It’s been a full year since they stopped charging me and still no refund. I’ve called and emailed several times, gone to speak with the manager in person twice. All they say is there’s nothing they can do to get me my refund faster. Uhm I’m sorry? How long does it usually take? Posting this so other people who can’t afford to have hundreds of dollars stolen from them don’t go sign a contract with this scam of a gym.
