My sister who is having a second bout with breast cancer has been trying for over 6 weeks to get a wig from this place. The first visit was good but after that all visits and phone calls have been very disappointing. They are unresponsive, don’t know what they are doing with health insurance and ignore you when you are in the shop. It’s a shame and a disgrace for a place to be run like this yet alone a place that is supposed to be helping people at a very hard time in their life.

I'm very sorry that you feel this way. The wigs were here waiting for require records from Dr office for insurance approval. We have certain periodical we must follow dealing with insurance. Waiting for requested records is out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. I hope the best for her and pray she does well.

Ridiculous!!! Ordered two wigs and was told they would be in 7-10 business days now 3 weeks later I call to see if they're ready. Oh they might be on back order, when Amy gets in she will check. Why wasn't this checked on before I called? Why wasn't I called? People with cancer have enough stress. Now I start chemo with NO wig, not acceptable
