Absolutely horrendous experience- Multiple no-shows, false promises, excuse after excuse. We are very displeased. Buyer beware!!!
Ulises did an excellent job. He arrived early, worked efficiently, and answered all my questions. I look forward to working with him in the future when I need more tinting done on my car or home.
Ulises of Total Window Tint arrived exactly on time at the time promised. He was very professional and worked quickly and proficiently. He had all needed tint and updated equipment for the job. The window (one floor to ceiling unit) was flawlessly done in record time!! He was not bothered that it was a small job. I deleted my original review after Ulises told me he’d make it right if ai took it down. However, we were then given excuse after excuse and no show after reschedules on his end repeatedly. There was around 5 times he said he’d come and either something came up that I had to call him and ask why he wasn’t here, or he simply didn’t respond or show up, like yesterday. I had tint installed on my living room windows and master bedroom windows. The tint looked great and it reduced the sunlight in the rooms. They were on time, professional, and clean up was excellent. I would definitely recommend them for business! The first and second photo is before. Third and fourth is after.
