Fantastic people to work with. Juan and the crew were really patient with me. Also, Juan has the best communication skills of any contractor Ive worked with.
Our well water started running brown after we had to shut off the water temporarily, so we called Total Wells Pumps and Filtration. Juan was incredibly considerate and honest. It was a quick and easy fix, so he advised us free of charge over the phone. His solution worked and now we have crystal clear water again.
Juan is so professional and knowledgeable about wells! He ended. up not being able to help us with our particular issue, but he was incredibly responsive and informative.

Total Wells came out and completely replaced our drop pipe, pump, and filtration system that was limping and left over from the 60's. With this new system everything about our water has been excellent. Additionally, we've had the water quality professionally tested regularly at a lab since then, and the system Juan installed always passes with flying colors. Thank you Total Wells for taking care of the water system our family depends upon.
