After Juan gave the green light he educated me on how to get the water tested for metals and bacteria. He hooked me up with a well pump, filtration system, a UV purification system, and a 500 gallon storage tank. Avoid at all costs. I’ve worked with Juan for the last two plus years and had the worst service provider experience of my life. Two parts - 1) Once installation was complete and he had his money, the level of responsiveness and service quality tanked. It typically took at least three follow-ups to get a response to a question or an issue. I didn’t expect a response in hours but a couple days would be reasonable. I have a river drawn water system at my cabin that I use as a short term rental. The Water supply started acting funky on the guest that was checking out today. I called Juan, in need of some quick help and he was able to get out to me same day. They went above and beyond. My interactions seemed genuine and so far this is a great place to do business with.
