Juan has serviced our well annually since 2018. He is responsive, professional but personable, and has insured that our well and all related accessories are operating optimally and providing a healthy and adequate water supply to our home.
We had an emergency water situation earlier this week with a non-working well. Juan and team responded right away and came out to our property asap. They were professional, friendly, educational and provided an honest, thorough assessment of the problem with a recommended solution. Sooner than expected follow up with a better than expected quote as well! They even gave a great referral for an emergency water delivery. Overall I'd highly, highly recommend Total Wells Pumps and Filtration.
