I have spent 7 years in therapy with Tanya and she is unprofessional, I would suggest running not walking away if you have Complex PTSD. Please try another service and potentially go to a more qualified person. I am a solid year off leaving this service and still wish I never went. Honestly, the best clinic I have been to, Tanya is an absolute god send. Walks with me through the messiness of life and helps me to better understand myself and others. I see life through a completely different lens and I am so incredibly thankful for her work and guidance. Thank you Tanya x
I have previously been a client for years. I feel that therapy should be a space that advice is not given and thearipst try to be aware of their own bias. I will always wonder where my life would be if I didn't have a therapist in my 20s who told me what to do.
We had the pleasure of interacting with Total Wellness Therapies and its founder Tanya Genito. The whole experience was exceptional. Her offices in Paddington have been thoughtfully designed which certainly adds to a feeling of comfort, privacy, and emotional well-being.
