I would like to start by thanking Dr.Amanda Ryskowski for her compassion, extreme knowledge and professionalism. She is absolutely MAGNIFICENT to work with and would definitely recommend to anyone. Dr Nao really knows her stuff! It's nice to have someone who is into preventive care and non-pharmaceutical options for healthcare.
I tried to set up an appointment, the lady answering the phone was extremely rude and inconsiderate when I asked if there was an earlier available date. I mentioned to her that i did not mean to offend her by asking for a sooner date. Her response was extremely sarcastic and rude. I had high hopes to try this place but not with employees that mistreat future patients I could only imagine already being a patient and her being rude then. I'd rather not go there. Being combative over the phone is crazy to me.
