horrible service, so many missed pickups. My apartment complex is scheduled for twice a week pickups but some weeks we don't get a pick-up at all, Some weeks they only pick up once in that week. If/when the customer service agent answers the phone I am told one lie then after a few hours I call back and then get a different lie. Our contract is not being honored. I wouldn't advise anyone to utilize their services. Total waste is a total waste of time and money!
