They've been fantastic to work with! They're super professional and their pricing is competitive. We've used them a number of times for waste removal and they always handle everything the right way and leave the place clean. Totally recommend!
Allows their waste collection team to go out into residential neighborhoods and collect trash before 7 am- my entire apartment building was awoken this morning by the truck photographed at 5:45 AM, scaring the ever living hell out of me, my husband, our cat, and housemate. Allowing this level of noise to occur before 7 AM is technically criminal, and I’ve already submitted a complaint against them to the city. I would love to know how I get the 5 star service that these people have had. I signed up and it seemed great and then they delivered the wrong cans (smaller). I called to talk to Simon and he apologized stated they would swap them out. A week later delivered even smaller cans. Its been another week no trash or recycling service, no response from any of my emails or calls and still no trash service to serve my business.
