Great place
If I could give a negative number I would. Took 3 hours for my first visit. only needed an exam for contacts. After trying the multifocal lenses for a few days to make sure they was right. was told to come in and I could get my script and get contacts. went back to buy contacts they THEN told me it would be over a week before I got them. So what do I do in the mean time??? Knowing I would need a pair before then. They TOTALLY SUCK. Will NOT be going back
If I could give this company zero stars I would, they don't even deserve one! Going in for the eye exam was no problem however, do not EVER buy glasses or lenses from this company!! After using MY frames that I bought elsewhere several years ago, while putting in the new lenses they destroyed my frames! Took no responsibility for it, told me "oh it happens"...I have been wearing glasses since second grade and I am now 30 years old, I'm not dumb there is NO reason my frames should be destroyed.
