I have been a patient of Dr. Kaufman and Total Vein Care for over 10 years. Initially, I had an ablation & it worked perfectly & remains healed today. Since that time, I have revisited the office periodically for sclerotherapy on both legs. I have been highly satisfied with the results of the treatments that I received, but I am equally impressed with the thoroughness, professionalism & kindness of Dr. Kaufman and all of his staff. Thank you for treating me all these years!
I will start this review by disclosing that I am a registered nurse and I have never written a negative review on another medical professional before. I have worked with doctors young and old on good days and bad days. I understand there are miscommunications and misinterpretations. I am generally not easily offended and I like to offer people the benefit of the doubt. Wonderful office and care team! Everyone was kind and compassionate and put my mind at ease. Dr. Kaufman is at the top of his game when it comes to his knowledge and expertise . Before the procedures -- I had both legs treated -- his detailed explanation of what he would be doing, and his overalls calm and nurturing manner went a long way in making me feel well cared for. My only regret is that I waited so long !
My entire experience upon the first appointment was most impressive from the welcome from all on the staff and their testing including explanations, to the visit with Dr. Kaufman, his care and concise conclusions concerning my specific needs. I will continue to seek care at Total Vein Care.
The staff at Total Vein Care are absolutely the best! Everyone is so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. From the warm greeting at the front desk to the professional and caring ultrasound techs, every visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Kaufman’s team is amazing—supportive, knowledgeable, and always making sure you're comfortable during procedures. I can't recommend them enough for anyone needing vein care. Truly top-notch service from start to finish!
