One of the Employees didn't do a repair properly, and admitted he didnt do it right, apologized too.......then the owner gave "his word" it would be fixed properly, which he should do, he has since come back and said he won't fix, after stating he gives "his word" on the work in his shop, but states now that he will NOT fix it..... We won't go back!!
