Terrible. I would not suggest this garage.
Worst place to bring your car to!!!!!!!!!! Zero communication, zero updates, and a LOT of lies. I have seen how they behave in person. Not very professional. I asked them to let me know once my car is done and they didn’t until I asked them if it was done. They never answer the phone and sometimes message back one week later. My vehicle was sitting there for two months because of them slacking! In the end, I specifically asked them to do a wheel alignment before safety to pass body integrity first. I brought my car to this shop and clearly explained the issue, including the fact that I had already diagnosed the problem myself. Instead of listening, they went ahead and re-diagnosed it anyway, then proceeded to “fix” things that didn’t even need to be repaired. In the end, I was charged for work I never asked for and didn’t authorize. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency.
