Worst place to bring your car to!!!!!!!!!! Zero communication, zero updates, and a LOT of lies. I have seen how they behave in person. Not very professional. I asked them to let me know once my car is done and they didn’t until I asked them if it was done. They never answer the phone and sometimes message back one week later. I brought my car to this shop and clearly explained the issue, including the fact that I had already diagnosed the problem myself. Instead of listening, they went ahead and re-diagnosed it anyway, then proceeded to “fix” things that didn’t even need to be repaired. In the end, I was charged for work I never asked for and didn’t authorize. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency.
