Told me they would call back, waiting 5-6 hours, attended, had one question, told me they’d ask doctor, sat there waiting for an hour while autistic caree waited for me. Would go elsewhere
Advertised times are incorrect
Attended with my elderly father on Christmas Day, who was treated promptly and professionally. Given the day we were relieved to know the procedure required could be performed immediately and on site.
My partner attended this clinic, was triaged and waited for over an hour to be told they can't see him and go to ED. I am guessing they did this because it was almost closing time of 8pm. He could have been told this an hour earlier. Waste of time and poor service.
Friendly, respectful, caring staff and prompt service. I was so grateful they decided to treat me even though it was late on 27 Feb 2025. I was the last patient. I was feeling very unwell, scared and did not understand what was happening. Dr Devi Radhika attended me with care, compassion and empathy. Dr Devi also took time to clearly, calmly and patiently explain the medical condition to me after assessment. I felt reassured and informed.
