I’ve been with Total TurfCare for 5 - 7 years. The last two years I called to talk with Gary the Owner to have my yard reseeded with no luck. I called today and he said he came out twice but he never contacted me. Ive used them for quarterly upkeep for years. Very disappointed with communication from the owner.

Good Morning, In response to your comments regarding the disappoint with our communication. You were told last fall by our office manager why the estimate was not being sent out. You choose not to fulfill your obligations after receiving our services.

We’re sorry for the confusion and the bad experience you’ve had with our company. Our employee obviously treated Mary's yard by mistake. The little white balls as described in the post is fertilizer and will not cause any harm to the flowers, lawn or pets. The liquid product applied was a weed control and surface insect control and is pet safe once dry. We recommend keeping animals off the yard for 2-3 hours. RecommendedTotal Turf Care installed an irrigation system for us. With the yard being tiered and with retaining walls, it was a somewhat complex installation, We were very pleased with Ken and the crew that installed it and we had great confidence in their knowledge and skill. My wife and I are very happy with the end result and our yard and plantings are doing very well.

Total Turfcare completely freed me up, as a small business woman, to focus on the tasks INSIDE of the building! I am so thankful to and appreciative of their trusty staff! Their excellent and timely care of everything from mowing, trimming, knowing when to cut back pampas grasses and storm damaged trees - to the snow removal always done before our first 7:30 patient helped make Physical Therapy Plus management possible!
