On top of hanging up on me after 1 minute of being on the phone, terrible customer service when calling back, delivering my package outside of the 4 hour delivery window they stressed that they couldn’t deliver outside of, my brand new TV showed up shattered
I’m not recommending this place. Over charge for cross dock.
Tried calling them and there was a woman who was super rude and I think they have no clue how to handle their delivery or talk to customers.
Just don’t bother, it’s a train wreck at a meat processing plant! Communication is nonexistent, customer service is plain unavailable.
