Absolute Nightmare of a Company – Stay Away! If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They delivered my shipment completely damaged, and when I called to have it picked up, the so-called “office manager” hung up on me—not once, but twice. When I called back again, some man finally answered, and instead of helping, he was rude, dismissive, and told me the problem was mine to deal with. There were FOUR (4) Fragile Stickers on both sides of the box. The box arrived severely damaged. Side 1, the side presented at the front door, was least damaged. I asked the driver to turn the box around. Side 2 was extremely damaged with a large gaping hole exposing thick (Thank God) bubble wrap. The contents, a very expensive Anne Packard painting, was being framed in and shipped from Boston. In a DOUBLE-sided box. The driver, rude and intimidating, repeatedly asked me to sign for it.
