What can I say. Brian doesn't ignore you when you call or walk in. He is polite, and knowledgeable about anything you might question him on. They have always taken care of my truck on every level. They are honest on pricing both on shop hourly rate and parts. Definitely will work with total truck shop again.
My radiator broke down 2 hours away from Spokane during a delivery and the guys at this shop was able to get me in and replace the radiator within the day! They were extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you! Will be able to deliver my load on time.

This place is the Best truck and trailer service around the Spokane, they’re professional mechanics these guys know what they doing really they saved my day also reasonable price, over all they deserve 10 stars
Had a brake canister replaced on the company kw, they were fast, friendly, and great priced unlike Kenworth which wanted to charge me more for just the canister then I paid for the whole job there. Would definitely go back n highly recommend them
