The TTC crew is great! I had a little mishap with my vehicle and they got me taken care of!
It’s been an outstanding experience from start to finish with meeting Donald (GM). He exemplified great customer service communication and care which kept me in perfect peace. We need more people like him. He is a team player and trains his team to follow the same pattern. My truck was painted and needed a little body work and I am well pleased. I will always be a faithful customer because of his wonderful customer service.
The TTC team did a great job on my wife’s SUV. Charles kept me updated throughout the process even with back ordered parts got the car back sooner than expected.

The team at Total Collision is amazing. I gotta especially speak about Mr. Charles. My husband took his truck here for a bumper repair after he hit a deer and Mr. Charles was the main contact. I can honestly say that the communication was awesome. Every step of the way we received a call to let us know what was going on in the process and when we were told the truck would be done it was and was done to perfection.
