We had many trees pruned last summer including a very large Manitoba maple and were extremely pleased with the services at the time. 5 stars. This spring as the tree has had its first bushing out since the prune we have lost 5 major limbs (not due to any major weather). Four have fallen onto our driveway, two on a brand new car. This is the second time I have used Total Tree Solutions. Jarret ( the owner) and his crew did such a great job the first time that it was a no brainer to not use them again. Total Tree Solutions did not disappoint!! For this job I needed a huge columnar aspen cut down and pruning and shaping of existing trees . Carla ( the Office Manager) sent me Dan and his crew of 3 . Amazing work as always done by Jarrett and his crew - very professional - and they clean up so nicely I couldn't even tell they were there all day!! Highly recommend!
UPDATE: Had Jarrett and his team back again and equally impressed. Before the quote he sent me a text with a live tracker of his arrival which made it very easy to plan. During the quote Jarrett was a wealth of information about our trees and the types of illness they succumb to. He was clear in what needed to be done and fair in how he quoted his work.
