I used Gerry and his team to prune back a large tree in my back garden. One of his unskilled workers carelessly dropped a large branch onto my veranda causing significant damage to be done to the panels. I was promised that the damage would be repaired the following day. This didn’t happen and since then, my calls have gone unanswered. I now question if this company ever had the correct insurance in place.
