Does Not honor his commitments. Talked me into a monthly service 2 months ago, but has yet to provide the service. Daniel is the king of excuses. Do not hire him and get taken for $400.00 like I was.

This is the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I signed a 1 year contract with Daniel to deal with the weeds on my property and it has been a hassle to get them to complete the work I already paid in full for. He says he is coming on a certain day and doesn’t show up till a few days later. I always have to text him to put me on the schedule when in actuality, as a professional, he should be the one contacting me to set up the appointments when they are due. I am so disappointed with Total Tree. After the hurricane, we sent photos of a tree that we needed removing. It had not completely fallen over, but luckily was in a clear area that could easily be brought down into the cul-de-sac. I sent multiple photos and he quoted a price. Then when he got there, he changed the cost saying it was a bigger job than he originally thought. I don't typically write reviews. Daniel came out and cleaned up my yard. He did a fabulous job so I signed up for a quarterly service. I paid him and haven't seen him since. It was excuse after excuse. Life happens so I was pretty understanding. After 2.5 months past the time he was to come back for the quarterly service I gave him the opportunity twice to return the funds since he did not keep his end of the contract.
