WARNING: Daniel B. turns into a ghost after you pay. DO NOT pay in advance of the job being complete. Great Apologies and Excuses... but ultimately not going to follow through. DO NOT PAY FOR ANNUAL SERVICE. You wont get it. Read other reviews for Total Tree Care as I should have.

Beware: Do Not Pay in Advance I am extremely disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism from Daniel, Total Tree.. While the actual yard work is fine if he actually shows up, his scheduling, communication, and business practices are completely unacceptable. I wish I had read the previous reviews before calling him. • Broken Promises & No-Shows: He convinced me to prepay for an entire 12 months of service. Since then, it has been a nightmare. Daniel’s work is amazing! Unfortunately, he does not follow through on his commitments. He was paid in full to complete a job in December of 2025. It is now end of May 2026 and he still hasn’t completed the job. There have been some scheduling set backs, of which I was extremely understanding but 6 months is an excessive amount of time to leave a job unfinished and then cease all communication. My initial interactions with Daniel were fine. He came and performed the services as requested last year - flowerbed clean up and tree trimming. I hired him again for another service and he completed part of it; I paid him for the completed service and then he requested $200 towards ordering materials for the border/trim and has yet to complete the project. Does Not honor his commitments. Talked me into a monthly service 2 months ago, but has yet to provide the service. Daniel is the king of excuses. Do not hire him and get taken for $400.00 like I was.
