First I want to say Lorry is the GOAT! As a woman calling for a transmission replacement She made me feel comfortable, she was so friendly and knows what she's talking about. Ok Laurie your awesome but I have to give a shout out to the entire team. The mechanics had my transmission replaced right in time for my Granddaughters birthday party in Worcester i live in carver.....My Toyota Highlander got there and back perfectly I Recommend Total Transmission

Just had my transmission looked at at this shop. They are the most honest and genuine people I’ve had look at my car, and there has been many. Even though it wasn’t good news, she gave me recommendations on where to find a new car and was very kind. Highly recommend this place for any transmission issues.

Lady is super rude at front desk. I called to ask for an estimate to replace transmission clutch solenoid. Car was throwing a P0974 code. She immediately said it wasn't the solenoid car needed a new transmission in a very rude tone. When I did some researching BEFORE I called I found that it usually is not the transmission but the solenoid. Will NEVER take my car here and am already spreading the word....
