I attended the store today looking to purchase an M-Class vacuum (approx. $1,400). Unfortunately, the level of service I received was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. When I approached the desk for assistance, it seemed like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer ready to make a purchase.
