I didn’t grab her name but the young kiwi girl at the front counter - superb customer service, unfortunately the item I was looking for was showing in store but none of the staff could locate it, they also called another store to check if they had anything ( again showing stock but unable to locate ) Jumped onto the website and ordered no problems with free delivery Scored a total tools t-shirt for my son too Keep up the solid work guys
