I bought an ego battery holder and wanted the receipt so I can walk around Bunnings with the product to find the bolts to mount it. After 5 minutes was told because I’m not a member they can’t give me a receipt for 2 hours??????? I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to not give a receipt but anyways yeah not happy. I have $6000 worth of ego gear and was going to buy the 11k ride-on this weekend but definitely won’t now.
I ventured into Total Tools Tingalpa to purchase a concrete breaker as it said it had it in stock. I couldnt find it so asked at the counter and Jeff really went out of his way to help me locate it. it wasnt on the shelf, so he rang around other stores tirelessly trying to find me one. I took a problem to the team over there and each and every staff member went well out of their way to make sure that I got the correct equipment that i needed. They couldnt have been more pleasant and helpful to deal with and i will definitely be going back there. Thankyou Joel and the young lady who initially helped me out. Great team doing a great job.
