Walked in to get some Knipex items and store assistant Julian provided great customer service when i walked in and assisted with my order enquiry with ease.
Bought 2 retractable ratchet straps $70 These straps would lock up whilst tightening and wouldn’t retract properly Took back to the store and “Lou” the manager wouldn’t refund them because they’ve been used and I didn’t have the packaging!! How else would I have known they are faulty without using them? Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend

Staff act like they don’t want to be there – I went in for a click and collect - stood at the counter – Guy kept serving people before me – stared right at me and then turned his back – finally I said something and he said he was understaffed – I said you keep serving people before me - so disrespectful
Terrible store to buy tools. They say they got stock on their website but don’t have the tool in store. Rude staff that took no responsibility for this or offered no compensation. Also had nothing on there shelf’s similar. Disgusting experience.
