It’s rare to find good customer service and the team at total tools Springfield always delivers! The staff always greet you upon entry and ask if you need any assistance. Today Lucas helped me find some lawn treatment today, he was super helpful and cheery. Always a pleasure visiting the total tools team
Bought new pressure cleaner and asked staff if they can fill up tires as they are completely flat, so i can manage to drive it out of the store, however they recommended me to buy air compressor 🙃 I believe the tires on new HPW should be fully filled when sold new.
