I brought a saba generator from their store it went back to the store to be fixed I got it back and it blows up my TV I rang the phone number and went straight to the Philippines centre I've sent videos and photos And told them to replace my TV or I go to the ACCC and ACL but they don't care and now I have been blocked it's a great day not I only wanted to give a half star rating so sad that we can't even keep it in Australia Totally a disgusting way to deal with customers not a good look for your business 😕
Very disappointing experience. I placed an early morning order that clearly qualified for free same-day delivery and selected a local store with stock. After payment, the order was redirected to a different store that didn’t have all items and wouldn’t have even qualified for same-day delivery due to distance limits. I only received an email about the issue after the delivery window had already passed, leaving no chance to fix it. Absolutely disappointing experience with their Price Match policy. I’ve tried multiple times and every single request has been rejected with no real justification. It honestly feels like a pointless feature if it never actually works. I even tried giving them a chance instead of going to Bunnings, but this has just been a complete waste of time. At least Bunnings has only rejected me once and seems far more reasonable to deal with. If this is how they handle customers, I wouldn’t recommend bothering... save your time and go ... read more
Don't purchase any sort of generator from Total Tools, especially if you live in Toowoomba. I paid $4000 for a 10kVa generator. I use it at night time as we live off grid. After eight months it stopped producing power. I had to transport a machine that weighed I'd say about 200kg, two hours to Toowoomba where I purchased it from. I fully understood that they would send it away, however, when I asked if they could provide an alternative for me to use in the weeks while the generator was away, I was met with a dismissive attit... read more
The store in gosford is good but either the manager or a member of staff keeps parking their car in between the disabled parking spots in the hatched area as i am disabled i had to park in a normal spot and when I asked the guy who was serving about the car he didn’t care. Good customer service i must admit. I would like to hear you thoughts on this before i go to the press
