What a fantastic tool shop! Multiples of everything available, prices are competitive, staff are friendly and helpful and the Insider points are a huge bonus particularly when there are promotions going (I just scored $100 of store credit on a Makita turbo blower kit which was already on sale and I get free batteries via redemption... unreal!). Plenty of parking with a few larger spaces to accomodate trailers too. The store is kept spotless which really does present well. Happy customer here.
Highly superior service compared to local competitors. The team go above and beyond for their customers, and am impressed with the help I receive whenever my husband asks me to pick something up. The young man yesterday was very polite, attentive and thorough and even helped me lift a heavy box into my car. Keep up the amazing work!
My husband went to Total Tool Mittagong at 2:30pm Sunday 18th May looking to buy Sidchrome spanner sets. On entering the store the two young men behind the counter one looking at his phone and one at the computer screen acknowledging him with barely a grunt. After searching with no assistance he found what he was looking for - still nobody bothered to assist, so he took photos of the codes on the spanner sets he wanted, walked up and down all the aisles noting he was the only customer so walked out without a word from staff ... read more
Total Tools Mittagong is a very impressive destination. Today we bought from them a tall ladder - not one that we could even think of getting home in our SUV. They don’t deliver but Henry who is the store manager offered to help us and deliver it to us in his own vehicle on his way home. Now that is service!!! We were served by Earl initially a very polite and helpful person. Such a positive experience both Henry and Earl treated me - an elderly woman - with respect, friendliness and professionalism.
