Your Staff were very helpful, they know Tools.
They didn’t honour my store credit after it expired, even though they entered the wrong email and phone number on their side. Because of their mistake, I never received any reminders before the expiry. When I called to explain, they showed no interest in fixing it or taking responsibility. The cashback was around $300, so this was really disappointing customer service. Wouldn’t buy from again
