Worst service ever, Paul was not helpful at all, ordered something online it wasnt instore, struggled to get my refund and no help finding a replacement. Last time i shop here.
It’s nice to know that good old fashion service is alive and well . What a great bunch of staff . Total Tools should be proud of those who represent them at Lake Haven . Products purchased were grease guns , impact drills and storage bags and compartments for my small business
