They had what I needed in stock and to top it off the customer service was outstanding 10/10. I won't bother going anywhere else but here in the future.
Friendly, helpful staff, great price, and it feels more personal and local than Big Bunnings.
Did not have to look all over the store for assistance. It always seems to be that there is someone at the counter greeting customers and asking how they can help. That help on this occasion identified the correct part for my tool, found the part in the store and picked out the cheapest one. In and out of the store in under 5 minutes. Fantastic service.
