My husband and I visited Total Tools this week and we absolutely loved the service we received from Mary. She was so enthusiast and informative in answering our questions. We were so happy with the perfect option she presented to us that we bought two! I don't know much about tools or hardware shops but I had such a great in-store experience with Mary and her team. I would definitely shop here again. If you're after friendly, helpful service, I highly recommend giving this store a visit!
