Kayla was awesome! I had to order a big batch of tools for a new job site, and she totally came through. She made sure I got everything I needed and somehow got me killer prices too. Seriously, it’s always great working with Total Tools — they make getting set up easy.
Complete crap company. They will do work on your equipment and charge you for it even when you specifically tell them not to repair the issues they found. Would avoid at all costs
I called ahead about a part I needed: it was in stock so I went to pick it up. I spent 20 minutes being told I must have called "northern tool" by accident because they did not have the part in stock. At the very end the clerk found that they had some in stock at their Kansas City store. There was no apology, only that I could order the part online. That and other smaller poor customer assistance tells me that if your a maintenance guy like me and have projects to complete, going to Total Tool may be a "Total" waste of time.
Very funny after all these years and reviews they still put their brand on their truck and STILL drive like tools. Inconsiderate and dangerous. I find it hard to believe someone who drives without regard for others could give a damn about their customers.
