Walked in and walked out 10sec later. On the website it says tool brand names and I seen Ridged so I went there to find some carbon brushes. Walked in and asked the first gentleman I seen (older Asian guy) if they happen to have any of these carbon brushes and showed him what I had. He answered no automatically, I replied with, your website says you deal with Ridged tools. He mumbled something about having to do this or that, I said "too much work for ya?" He said "no we'd have to look for it, and find it, and then order it.... read more
