This store targeted my father-in-law because he is Mexican he went in there looking for some tools and an employee accused him of stealing he emptied out his pockets and found nothing on him.
My husband was wrongly accused of theft at this store. No apology was given, and we felt he was targeted. We will no longer be going there.
Walked in there looked at a few things and then they asked one of the people we were with if they had stolen a blade. Our buddy empty out his pockets and he had nothing. Not an apology or anything just said it was a misunderstanding. I’ve bought all my Milwaukee tools from them and recommended ppl to their store won’t be doing that anymore. We were the only minorities in there and they targeted us. So I don’t recommend anyone going into that store they target ppl who they think are criminals.
Walked in and walked out 10sec later. On the website it says tool brand names and I seen Ridged so I went there to find some carbon brushes. Walked in and asked the first gentleman I seen (older Asian guy) if they happen to have any of these carbon brushes and showed him what I had. He answered no automatically, I replied with, your website says you deal with Ridged tools. He mumbled something about having to do this or that, I said "too much work for ya?"
