Not Bad. Was late by 5mins for the appointment. Front desk person said “You are late to the appointment.” And mentioned the tyre puncture would be complete in 40mins, but ended up taking 2hrs for the puncture. I don’t know where the 40mins would be considered as 2hrs. Front desk people are judgemental, the way they look as us.
