I recently had one of my trucks worked on at total tire. Jack is always been courteous and very friendly, he does a great job keeping up with what needs to be done and calling you back to give you updates if anything changes. Excellent customer service! Very nice shop and clean bathrooms! I’ve been many times and get treated with respect! 10/10 would recommend
These guys are courteous, knowledgeable, and stand by their work. Everybody is having trouble getting quality replacement parts these days, so to have a shop that honors their warranties and keeps their word is a good thing. They’re great at scheduling appointments, and being open on Saturdays (mornings) sets them apart. I highly recommend them.
