Replaced sway bar link next day head noise took to Firestone to get checked out said sway bar link was losse
They were fast and super nice but probably won’t go back. They offered no kind of warranty and my tire is losing air less than a month of getting it. To have it fixed I have to pay or replace it. At that point, I think it’s best to just go somewhere else. To them $87 tires maybe cheap but to some that’s food on the table, or cash or medicine.
Thank you Jack for the best service I've had from a tire shop in a decade. What a fantastic experience, when I called I was given my total price. I didn't have an appointment, and dropped the truck off. They had it completed in a few hours and I was out the door for the price I was originally told. They didn't try and upsell or any other gimmick. They just did the work I specified. We will be back.
Just got my new set of tires mounted/balanced here today and everything went great. They got me in almost immediately and got the work done in a timely manner. Checked my lugnut torque and most were spot on. Great to have a reliable shop nearby. Nice clean and quiet waiting room as well.
