Came for simple tire swap for my EV, Very friendly and knowledgable staff
Dropped my truck off at 7:30 am (edit: I had called two days in advance to schedule and this is the Dave Ward location) for two issues which I suggested may or may not be related. My AC is blowing warm on drivers side cold on passenger side, so suspect a blend door malfunction. I have an intermittent electrical concern where it seems I’m losing all power. Dropped off my ramcharger to have wheel bearings replaced and get an alignment. They called me saying they cannot find the key to take off the lug nuts. I tell them it's in the glove box. They say that they have looked, but it's not there. So, 430 in the afternoon, I drive from Little Rock to the shop just to open the glove box, and the key is right there where I said it was. I took my vehicle to a different shop to have repairs. Complete incompetence. Wouldn't recommend it.
