I had my car towed to Total Tire on a Sunday. I called them when they opened on Monday. I explained my vehicle was misfiring using a lot of fuel and was burning oil. They told me they would run diagnostics and let me know what they found. They called me back around noon and said my car was ready. They got it idling and drove it down the road. They changed my spark plugs and my oil. Said it was still misfiring on cylinder 1 and to buy Seafoam and put it in a full tank of gas and let it burn off any carbon build up and if it i... read more

Do not , I repeat do not use total tire. I had brand new tires and a brand new front end put on my truck. Brought it in to have a alignment done . They done it i drove it for a while noticed it was eating the tires. Brought it back they said they didnt know who done the alignment but they did it wrong. I tried to get them to pay for the damages they are refusing to take care of it. Ill see yall in small claims
