Dropped off my ramcharger to have wheel bearings replaced and get an alignment. They called me saying they cannot find the key to take off the lug nuts. I tell them it's in the glove box. They say that they have looked, but it's not there. So, 430 in the afternoon, I drive from Little Rock to the shop just to open the glove box, and the key is right there where I said it was. I took my vehicle to a different shop to have repairs. Complete incompetence. Wouldn't recommend it.
The guys that work in shop are good but Jack is worst GM ever. Tried to find out what a code was and cost and his answer was “ I don’t know” but while I was there he looked up prices for everyone else. That your job dude, I’m trying to give you work and you look at my like I’m stupid….. list my business and will tell everyone else not to go there! Beside the fact I had to get 4 tires I bought there rebalanced at 8 day tire and an ac condenser they replaced but never hooked up my radiator core hoses that blasted out all my ra... read more
Great team! Highly recommend them!
We were going through Conway on a trip. We had some issues with our car and they looked it over to make sure we made it to the destination safe. Thankfully there was nothing wrong but they made time for us while driving though which was a blessing.
